What is Medicare?

    Medicare is a government health insurance program administered by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Medicare is the largest health insurance service in the country, with around 47 million Americans participating. To be eligible you must be a citizen of the United States and meet certain requirements. If you are not a citizen of the United States, you can contact the Social Security Administration office to learn if you would be eligible.

    What if I have End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD)?
    If you have ESRD, you can enroll in a Medicare Advantage Plan during Open Enrollment (October 15–December 7, 2020). Your plan coverage will start January 1, 2021.

    Medicare Supplement Plans in Colorado, is a health insurance plan also called a Medigap Plan (are sold by private companies), are plans that cover some of the costs not covered by Original Medicare. These might include copayments, coinsurance, and deductibles often referred to a Gaps.

    Part D Drug Plans
